Su misión será la creación de herramientas y análisis que guiarán las decisiones estratégicas del equipo de D2C Strategic Team.
¿Cómo será su día a día?
- Elaborar análisis exploratorios de datos para identificar patrones, tendencias y correlaciones significativas.
- Llevar a cabo análisis exploratorio de datos para identificar patrones, tendencias y correlaciones significativas.
- Diseñar y ejecutar test para probar la efectividad de diferentes enfoques comerciales.
- Colaborar en la construcción y mantenimiento de pipelines de datos para la recopilación, limpieza y preparación de datos para análisis.
- Desarrollar dashboards y visualizaciones interactivas para comunicar los resultados del análisis de datos de manera efectiva.
- Trabajar en la extracción, transformación y carga (ETL) de datos desde diversas fuentes, incluyendo Qlik, SAP, SQL Developer y Excel.
- Automatización de procesos en Python.
- Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de D2C Strategic para comprender sus necesidades y diseñar soluciones de datos efectivas.

As part of Assortment & Space Management you will be part of the CatMan International department, key to our business. Your Tasks
One of the objectives within IT Operations is to develop state of the art IT Operations platforms including IT Service Management, IT Asset Management and Monitoring toolsets and supporting corporate functions (Technology, Finance, HR, Facilities, Logistics, ...) in their day-to-day operational activities.

Must have:

You will work under the supervision of Profs. Claire Linares, Johannes Müller-Trede, and Sebastian Hafenbrädl. You will split your time between the three professors’ projects. Claire’s research focuses on stereotypes, face perception, and consumer behavior. Johannes studies the psychology and rationality of people’s decision making. Sebastian examines how leadership positions and attitudes impact organizational culture, firm value, and economic development.
The position is ideal for a recent graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree who would like to explore a research career in behavioral economics, psychology, management, or related fields. Potential candidates must have a degree in economics, psychology, related fields, or a
quantitative field such as engineering, mathematics, or statistics. They should also be organized, autonomous, hard-working, motivated to learn, should be fluent in English (at least B2) and Spanish (at least A2), and should have a work permit in Spain.
In addition, an ideal candidate may have experience reading academic papers and conducting literature searches, may be familiar with survey tools such as Qualtrics, may have experience conducting behavioral experiments (in the laboratory or online), and may be familiar with statistical software packages like R, STATA, or Python.

The developer will join the Energy Materials Unit, working on the development of battery technologies. They must be capable of carrying out several lines of work simultaneously, optimising resources and maximising results.
The researcher will work independently, according to the defined work plan.
They will be in charge of implementing new mechanisms and features on an existing battery simulation code. This will require knowledge of Python programming as well as fluency in deducing and implementing variational formulations for complex models.
